ISIS Beheads 5 Syrian 'Spies,' Sticks Severed Heads on Spikes in Video Threatening to Kill More Christians

In its latest gruesome publicized execution video, the Islamic State terrorist organization beheaded five men accused of spying after forcing them to reenact the crimes they were accused of.

According to Heavy.com, a website that documents and republishes IS (also known as ISIS, ISIL and Daesh) execution and propaganda videos, the barbaric militant organizations released a new video on various pro-IS media platforms Tuesday titled "Story of Slaughter." The 21-minute video, features five men accused of being members of the U.S.-backed New Syrian Army rebel faction being executed as spies.

In the video, the men were each forced to reenact their crimes against IS in cinematic scenes that imitate criminal reenactments seen in Western television crime dramas.

One of the scenes shows two of the men riding on a motorcycle in an IS-controlled town believed to be near the Iraqi-Syrian border. One of the accused men is seen pressing on some kind of remote device that the video has viewers believe enabled him to call in a U.S.-coalition led airstrike on the town.

After the airstrike hits, the video shows the bloody aftermath and the suffering of the town's residents. Various scenes show dead babies, blown up bridges and piles of rubble.

After the men were filmed reenacting their alleged crimes, next they reenacted their arrests by IS militants. Later in the video, the men were filmed admitting to the crimes they had been accused of.

Towards the end of the footage, the video cuts to a scene in the desert near the Syrian town of Al-Bukamal, where all five prisoners were dressed in orange jumpsuits with their hands tied behind their backs. The prisoners were shown on their knees lined up across from five IS executioners dressed in black combat gear and black balaclavas.

The lead executioner, whose balaclava did not cover his face, then starts to speak in Arabic.

According to the British-based watchdog Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the lead executioner declares that IS is coming for Christians and threatens to behead all spies.

"We tell you O Crusaders, that we are coming, inevitably, God willing," the executioner said, according to the translation by SOHR. "As for you, agents of the Crusaders and eyes of apostates — O you who are sitting among Muslims — we say to you that our bayonets are hungry for your blood. So, we will not leave an eye spying on Muslims without gouging it out, nor a head for one of your spies without tearing it out as a victory for the religion of Allah and defending it."

After the speech from the lead executioner, the prisoners are then pushed the ground and beheaded with knives. After four of the men were beheaded, the jihadis stuck their severed heads on metal spikes.

After sticking the four heads on spikes, the fifth prisoner was decapitated.

Instead of the fifth prisoner's head being placed on a spike, the executioner picks up his head and tosses it on the ground in front of him in a disrespectful fashion. The video fades out as the jihadis walk away and leave the decapitated heads and bodies behind in the desert.

SOHR reports the five men who were beheaded in the video in Al-Bukamal are Asim Hammam al-Debs, Harith Ahmad Jalid, Muhannad Ahmad al-Mshawwah, Abdul Rahman Ahmad al-Ashaab and Mohannad Obaid Al-Hussein.

According to Thomas Reuters Foundation, the New Syrian Army launched an attack on Al-Bukamal on Tuesday. Heavy.com reports that the IS execution video was released shortly after the New Syrian Army attack.
